DRIBBLING 6
OBJECTIVE : Learning to dribble and pass. Improving speed and stamina.
NUMBER OF PLAYERS : 12 - 18 players.
AREA/FIELD : Length of field.
TIME : 10 - 15 minutes.
EQUIPMENT : 12 flag, 8 cones, 2 balls.
ORGANIZATION : Set up stations. Split up team in 4 groups. Player A starts with pass through flags and sprint around cone. Collect ball and repeat. Having collected the second pass, pass the ball to player B who takes over.
INSTRUCTIONS : Don't make targets to small.
COACHING POINTS : Concentrate on pass (right direction and pace). Collect ball after pass facing next target. Do Everything at speed.
VARIATIONS : Competitive game. Vary distance between flags and cones. Make smaller targets.
